We mix three flours and add a hint of spice to create a thorough coating with a bunch of flavor for chefs who want to fry calamari, fish or chicken.
RECIPE: Dredge fish or calamari rings or pieces in flour, dip in egg wash and then cover completely with Calamari Crust. Fry in hot 350° rice oil until done. Serve with Lemon wedge and Fresh Cilantro.
