Many chefs crust their entrees in crushed tortillas. We have refined this technique by adding panko to lighten the crust. Excellent on both chicken and fish.
RECIPE: Dredge fish, chicken or pork in flour. Dip floured meat in blended egg and then cover thoroughly with breading mix. Fry or bake at 350°F, turning to ensure proper cooking.
