Pre-heat oven before baking – Not necessary to defrost scones.
Place frozen scones on pan lined baking trays approximately 2″apart. Egg wash and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Look for a light golden brown color and a scone that is crusty on top and will not leave an impression when pressed lightly with finger tips. Please allow scones to pressed lightly with finger tips. Please allow scones to cool before tasting. If they are broken open for cooling, they may appear to be unbaked in the center. If you find scone to be “doughy” reduce the oven temperature and bake for 5 minutes longer.
Convection Oven: 25 min @ 300°
Rotating rack ovens: 25 min @ 325°
