Gran Cucina Herbs de Provence is one of three Escoffier Recipes that we create and this is one of our best selling blends. The key is not the recipe but the ingredients that make up the recipe. We use Ultra Super-blue Lavender and this blend is extra special.
RECIPE: Mix two tablespoons of Herbs de Provence with 1/4 cup olive oil. "Paint" wet herbs directly onto whole chicken or rack of lamb for roasting. Roast at 350°F until done.
INGREDIENTS: BASIL, PARSLEY, MARJORAM, SAGE, THYME, ROSEMARY AND SPICES.
