di Latte, entered in the American Cheese Society Competition, was awarded the Gold Medal in 2012 and
again in 2013.
Our process is simple, every morning we receive and fill our vats with only the freshest rBST-hormone Free Milk from our select Vermont dairy farmers. Choice ingredients are added to the milk from culled starter cultures and
g l u t e n - f r e e v i neg a r, vegetable rennet, and our own specially prepared cream.
What results is a fresh curd with a slightly firm and defined texture. We then carefully hand and machine stretch the pasta filata into a creamy, moist, milky sweet delectable treat, that has become a tradition at Liuzzi Angeloni.
