“Chocolatey” (Ghana) 70%:Intense fudgy flavor with undertones of raisin and coffee, hints of malt and along caramel finish.
“Nutty” (Ecuador) 65%: Complex nutty notes (and no nuts!) with hints of toasted biscuit and coffee.
“Fruity” (Peru) 68%: Notes of ripe raspberries and cherries. Again, there’s no fruit, just pure cacao.
“Citrus” (Madagascar) 67%: A delicate cocoa note evolves into a subtle citrusy zing with a light creamy finish.
