Serve this gluten free pasta CHITARRINE simply with grated cheese, a little olive oil, and seasoning, or perhaps try with butter, a few roughly chopped fresh sage leaves, some Extra Virgin olive oil and seasoning. This pasta is also good served with creamy or meat sauces.
