Crespone is a traditional country salame from the Brianza region in Northern Italy, which is home to more salumerie (delicatessens) than anywhere else in Italy. Well-trimmed fresh pork is seasoned with pepper, garlic and wine. But that's just the beginning, an imported, natural casing gives our Crespone all its subtle flavor.
