Add one teaspoon of Au Jus Beef Base to 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and serve as Au Jus. Add filtered roast beef pan drippings to stock and add 1 teaspoon of roux to 1 cup of Au jus for excellent gravy. Bring to simmer stirring constantly and serve hot.
