Add one teaspoon of Chicken Base Concentrate to 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and serve as Chicken Broth. Add filtered roasted chicken pan drippings to stock and add 1 teaspoon of roux to 1 cup of stock for excellent gravy. Bring to simmer stirring constantly and serve hot.
