Baking Instructions Temperature: 340 °F Cook thoroughly to 165°F Time (approx): 25 min • Fully defrost product before baking • Bake the product until the croissant is golden brown Baking times are approximate and based upon the use of a Rotary Rack Oven, temperatures and times need to be adjusted to Adjustments: After the product is baked and completely cooled, if the center of the product is not fully cooked even though the outside is golden brown, you'll need to lower your oven temperature and increase the cooking time.
