Whisk the flour and baking powder together in one bowl. Set aside. Melt the butter with the lavender in a small saucepan. In another bowl, with an electric mixer (whisk attachment), beat the eggs and sugar together for 2 minutes. Add the vanilla and stir.
Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, then add the melted butter and honey. nMix until just combined. Pour into greased madelaine pans until just full. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool and take out of molds with aid of an offset spatula.
