776, OLYMPIA GREEK EVOO (PGI)
776 Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from select family-owned mature olive groves in the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) appellation of greater Olympia. Product of two olive varietals specific to Olympia, Koroneiki 90% and Kolireiki 10%, blended to create a beautifully balanced taste. Carefully harvested by hand from November through January, the olives are then cold pressed the same day to extract the best quality olive oil leaving the aromas and flavor unaltered.

BARBERA LORENZO #5 EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ‘NOCELLARA’
Lorenzo N°5 is a simply unique oil obtained after much intense research: the careful selection of a single olive variety (Nocellara del Belice), the extraction process that gently removes the stone from the olive without harming the pulp, then under careful observation, the pulp is pressed at very low temperatures using an Alfa-Laval mill. The stone removal process eliminates the bitter component of the olive, thereby creating an intensely golden oil of noted creaminess with a delicately spiced aroma.

Expanding upon the line of Molino monocultivar olive oils harvested in mid November from the O-Med groves in southern Spain, Arbequina olives are crushed together with fresh lemons grown in Andalucia to produce this citrusy and slightly bitter taste. Expect a big sour burst of fruity acidity from this oil, however, as Molino have chosen lemons which impart a slight bittering effect to the richness of the olive oil, like the freshly sliced citrus peel to garnish a cocktail. This Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with selected olives from the family-owned company of Mueloliva in the traditional olive-production center of Priego de Cordoba. It is called Flor de Aceite, meaning flower of the oil, because many of the savory senses of smell and taste are concentrated within it.
