What sets Flouwer Co. Artisanal Crackers apart from others on the market is that we include edible flowers in addition to garden herbs. Edible flowers vary in taste from mild to assertive, and floral to bitter. We include several garden herbs, such as chive, dill, rosemary, basil and sage to make up the majority of the flavor profile. However, because our crackers are handmade in small batches, each cracker is unique in both look and taste. We embrace the perfect imperfectness that shows in curls, holes, folds, varying sizes, and varying taste.
