Hailing from Tuscany, this amazing extra virgin olive oil has been created for decades by a simple squeezing of hand picked olives that have been freshly gathered and cold pressed. Magni is fruity in taste and has a slightly spicy finish with a light golden green hue. It contains less than 1% in Oleic Acid and because of its versatility, Magni is an excellent choice for use when making sauces, finishing meats, grilling vegetables, and topping off soups.
Tasting Notes: A mid harvest oil by the makers of O-Med, Molino La Condesa has a fruity taste because the harvest of the olives is done right at the optimum ripeness point. This EVOO is well balanced with aromas of apple and a slight bitterness of radicchio and pepper on the palate. Olive Varieties: Arbequina Origin: Ácula, Granada, Andalucía, Spain Acidity: 0.3
The unmistakable pungent flavor is a result of the abundance of polyphenols, powerful antioxidants to which modern medicine attributes a fundamental role in defending the organism from oxidation and cell aging.
This elegant oil is made from hand-picked, cold-pressed olives which come from the surrounding community just outside the village of Sarocca de Lerida, near Barcelona in Catalonia. The Arbequina olive is the core olive in this oil–the most widely found variety in Catalonia. L’Estornell oils are of exceptional fragrance and delicacy, suitable for dressing salads and for those special occasion meals. Every bottle is vintage-dated.
This oil was produced from early harvested Tuscan varieties of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino olives grown and pressed on the hillside estate of the Marchesi di Frescobaldi in Chianti Ruffina. Clear and intensely green, fruity, full, well-rounded and spicy.
Badia a Coltibuono means Abbey of the Good Harvest. The classic extra virgin olive oil of the same name has been produced in the Chianti region of Tuscany since 1058. This extra virgin olive oil is an authentic product entirely extracted by natural methods, first cold pressed and free of any type of heat or chemical treatment. The color of Badia a Coltibuono’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil is golden yellow with strong green nuances; it tastes of typical fruitiness and rich olive flavour with a typical peppery aftertaste. To preserve this oil at its best, keep in a cool place protected from direct light. Acidity .22%
