This Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with selected olives from the family-owned company of Mueloliva in the traditional olive-production center of Priego de Cordoba. Light, MuelOliva is best for using cold, to finish dishes or dressing salads. The taste of this olive oil is mature-green fruit of medium intensity with notes of grass, leaf and fruits like apple or banana. The entry in the mouth is sweet, with a moderate bitterness and gentle spiciness.
Capezzana is a gorgeous, delicate-to-medium-intensity olive oil that will appeal to a wide range of taste preferences. Its green notes are beautifully restrained, with an aroma of ripe apple and hints of artichoke rounded out with a nuttiness—especially hazelnuts—that lingers on the palate.
