World renowned, 100% organic, and one of Spain’s most famous Oils. This oil is estate-produced and bottled. The process begins in the orchards where the olives, which have not been treated with any fertilizers or pesticides, are hand-picked, then pass thorough a rigorous selection at the family’s mill. The olives are crushed under granite stones, an ancient process. Only the oil that flows throw the screens by gravity is bottled in its unfiltered form. This oil has an extraordinary low acidity of 0.1%, 10 times lower than required to be labeled Extra Virgin.

Monti Iblei Gulfi D.O.P. Made with the famous Tonda Iblea olives of the Monti Iblei region, TONDO is an incredible sensory experience: sweet, fruity and harmonious. A delightful complexity is extracted from this single varietal olive, a result of the craftsmanship that goes into the cultivation of rich soil. It is robust and buttery, with a satisfying aroma of tomato leaf that gives way to green, grassy, and floral notes.
This elegant oil is made from hand-picked, cold-pressed olives which come from the surrounding community just outside the village of Sarocca de Lerida, near Barcelona in Catalonia. The Arbequina olive is the core olive in this oil–the most widely found variety in Catalonia. L’Estornell oils are of exceptional fragrance and delicacy, suitable for dressing salads and for those special occasion meals. Every bottle is vintage-dated.
Olio Verde bursts with the taste of ripe tomatoes, and hints of artichoke and apple. A medium-intensity olive oil, it has a round, silky mouthfeel punctuated by a touch of white pepper that amuses the palate, lingering flirtatiously. We are continually astonished by the complexity offered by the single Nocellara del Belice olive, and credit the pristine frantoio with delivering this unrivaled balance of flavors. For us, it’s absolute perfection!
Capezzana is a gorgeous, delicate-to-medium-intensity olive oil that will appeal to a wide range of taste preferences. Its green notes are beautifully restrained, with an aroma of ripe apple and hints of artichoke rounded out with a nuttiness—especially hazelnuts—that lingers on the palate. It’s a profile that will be friendly to all kinds of dishes, sure to elevate everything coming from your kitchen.
DOP Val di Mazara (Sicily): fruity flavor with intense green tomato taste, mildly pungent and slightly sweet. Its delicate taste makes it particularly indicated for using fresh and especially with fresh vegetables, with grilled fish and for seasoning.
