Francesca Di Monte borettane onions in balsamic vinegar are imported from Italy. These balsamic onions can be carmelized, grilled, roasted or fried for antipasto, charcuterie, panini, ravioli filling, and salad.
Choice red peppers are fired roasted with slight char remaining for homestyle sweet flavor and firm texture.
The mix of peppers and vegetables in oil adds tremendous flavor to any dish! No olives in this mix, they are not grown in the garden!
Peperone Piccante Calabrese is also know as Small Red Cherry or Devil’s Kiss. This is a small, round hot pepper, one to two inches in diameter. Bright red when ripe. Moderate heat. This is a classic Italian hot pepper used fresh or for pickling, or even dried.
