Bright and citrusy with a malty finish, Black Lemon is our creative spin on a classic. We combine our direct trade, heirloom variety black tea from the high mountain forests of the Golden Triangle in Southeast Asia with zesty and floral California lemons and tangy, aromatic blackened lemons grown in the jungles of central Guatemala. Black lemon is super energizing and quenches the palate with simplicity and sophistication.
Our flagship flavor. This colorful cracker is full of edible flowers as well as fresh garden herbs like rosemary, fresh dill, sage, basil, and a burst of chive. The cracker is well-deserving of space on any cheese and charcuterie board.
Our award-winning recipe (SOFI Awards) features classic flavors of Moroccan cooking: fruity pimento peppers, tart/floral preserved lemon and spicy chilies. Bold and intense, this spread lends itself to creating homemade aioli, dressings and more. We also love it baked atop shrimp or salmon.
