We set ourselves the goal of developing a range of flowers of salt and sea salt with 100% organic spices of typical products of the island of Re’, and promoting the quality image of the island through its regional products in France and abroad. The first marshes of the island of Re’ would have been created in the 12th and 13th century at the instigation of St. Michael Religious. The Ile de Ré is located on the Atlantic coast opposite La Rochelle to which it is connected by a bridge 3 km. With an exceptional climate, it enjoys a microclimate all year. Since 1986, our determination is total to safeguard the salt marshes of the island of Ré.
