Our pepperoni is not cooked. It is fermented and fully aged like any other salumi. We grind Berkshire shoulder, and then classically season with top quality fennel, paprika and cayenne. You can taste the difference.

We season our Duck Prosciutto with a variety of spices including Fabbri Cherries, warming spices, red wine and garlic.
This ready-to-eat prosciutto is perfect when sliced for a charcuterie or cheese board.
