The classic, versatile red wine vinegar provides a delicious wine finish and can be used in all culinary applications from dressings to deglazing.
Made from the long natural maturation of Lambrusco wine (from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy) and aged in oak barrels. It is completely natural and contains no colorants or preservatives. The residue found at the bottom of the bottle is a sign of the artisanal method of production. This wine vinegar is made by a low static oxidation which makes this wine vinegar an extremely smooth flavor and a not too powerful acid content.
Artisan vinegar produced from an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon Wine. O-Med’s cabernet sauvignon vinegar has an intense deep purple color. The acidity is smooth with a well-rounded fruity flavor and hints of fine oak.
Verjus is the unfermented juice of unripened grapes. It presents no wine/vinegar conflict, flavoring foods with its titillating combination of acidity and sweetness.
Located in Priorat, a region famous for its voluptuous (and expensive) reds made from Carignan and Grenache grapes.
Artisan vinegar produced from an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Marinate fish, pickles, meat Carpaccio, or use in reductions.
