BERBERA FRANTOIA, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 1L
At the end of the 19th century, Lorenzo had purchased the beautiful estate of San Lorenzo ai Colli. There he started a prosperous farm devoted primarily to the cultivation of valuable olives, namely the three typical Sicilian cultivars: the delicate Biancolilla, the savoury Nocellara and the robust Cerasuola. The blending of these olive varieties creates a sweet, aromatic oil with the unmistakeable taste of the first pressings of October, an affectionate tribute to the work of his ancestors.

MOLINO, EXTRA VIRGIN 100% BASIL AGRUMATO OIL
Expanding upon the line of Molino monocultivar olive oils harvested in mid November from the O-Med groves in southern Spain, Arbequina olives are crushed together with fresh basil to produce this aromatic and herbaceous oil. A playful reference to the act of adding another ingredient into high quality olive oil which has much to offer already on its own. Cool and refreshing, basil accentuates the grassy notes of the olive oil while bringing contrast to its fruitiness. Recommended for use as a finishing and dipping oil, in sauces and dressings, and to bring a savory touch to something sweet for dessert.

BARBERA LORENZO #5 EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ‘NOCELLARA’
Lorenzo N°5 is a simply unique oil obtained after much intense research: the careful selection of a single olive variety (Nocellara del Belice), the extraction process that gently removes the stone from the olive without harming the pulp, then under careful observation, the pulp is pressed at very low temperatures using an Alfa-Laval mill. The stone removal process eliminates the bitter component of the olive, thereby creating an intensely golden oil of noted creaminess with a delicately spiced aroma.
