Yuzu has lower acidity and more stimulating aromatics than our western citrus. It can achieve success in almost any application, yuzu olive oil brings out the natural flavors beautifully. The citric acidity means that yuzu works in similar scenarios to orange, lime and lemon — flavouring everything from marmalades to sorbets and light crab or fish dishes. Adds unique flavour to homemade chocolate. It is an integral part of Japanese Ponzu sauce.

Following the big success obtained from our first olive oil to the white truffle, we wanted to add a new aspect to a product that is so essential for our gastronomical culture: the new aspect is the winter black truffle, the renowned Tuber melanosporum vitt, which gives this oil the peculiarity of a known and unmistakable fragrance.
At the origin there is the olive fruit from which we extract our smooth and balanced O-Med Arbequina variety extra virgin olive oil. From those olives we use the full potential, even the pits. Great source of power to our mill, once incinerated, its smoke has an outstanding taste characteristics, sweet & elegant. Only the first winds of smoke are passed over the oil in order to obtain the freshest aromas. The first olive oil smoked with olive pits. The result is harmonious, with sweet notes, providing O-Med Smoked oil with a delicate touch of vanilla and caramel.
This special oil is created by crushing olives and Sicilian oranges together, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with a bright citrus finish.
Cold pressed lemon oil (Citrus Limon) from the rinds of lemon. Therapeutic grade, unfiltered and undiluted with no fillers, no alcohol or other additives. Lemon oil has a natural energizing, revitalizing and uplifting scent.
