MENU’s long-standing reputation for selecting the highest quality porcini mushrooms make their Marinated Porcini Mushrooms the ideal selection for the Italian and world market. Directly after picking, each porcini is cleaned, sliced and sautéed in small batches through the traditional process that still uses kettles. Packed without vinegar or wine MENU’s porcini mushrooms retain the beautiful color, meaty bite and natural, fresh flavor.
One of the tastiest mushrooms also called Cepes (Boletus Edulis), our porcini are best served sliced and sauteed after a quick blanch.
