Our raw, ready-to-cook Porchetta comes seasoned, rolled, tied, and scored for easy cooking right out of the package. We season our Porchetta with Sea Salt, Fresh Rosemary, Garlic, Sweet Calabrian Pepper, and other complementing spices used traditionally with an “Arista” style roast.

Our Braised Angus Pot Roast is produced from USDA choice or higher 21 day age angus beef (chuck roast). It is seasoned with kosher salt, thyme, rosemary, black pepper and garlic; then oven-seared, paired with our Veal Demi Classic and braised in pouch. This pot roast lends itself to unlimited applications. 3 pieces per case/approx 6lb avg each.
Our short ribs are produced from fresh aged USDA Graded beef, hand-seasoned and oven-seared, infused with our Classic Veal Demi Glace and slow-braised for hours. Serve as is or use in multiple appetizer or tapas applications. 20 pieces per case, approx. 9-11 oz. each
A hot, peppery sausage seasoned with a blend of salt, cider vinegar, paprika, a mixture of cayenne, red and black pepper, garlic, oregano and fennel. This product is uncooked.
