MUELOLIVA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SPAIN
This Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with selected olives from the family-owned company of Mueloliva in the traditional olive-production center of Priego de Cordoba. Light, MuelOliva is best for using cold, to finish dishes or dressing salads. The taste of this olive oil is mature-green fruit of medium intensity with notes of grass, leaf and fruits like apple or banana. The entry in the mouth is sweet, with a moderate bitterness and gentle spiciness.

This oil has an extraordinary low oleic acidity of 0.1%, ten times lower than required to be labeled Extra Virgin.
