MUELOLIVA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SPAIN
This Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with selected olives from the family-owned company of Mueloliva in the traditional olive-production center of Priego de Cordoba. Light, MuelOliva is best for using cold, to finish dishes or dressing salads. The taste of this olive oil is mature-green fruit of medium intensity with notes of grass, leaf and fruits like apple or banana. The entry in the mouth is sweet, with a moderate bitterness and gentle spiciness.

NUNEZ DE PRADO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
This oil is is gathered after the olives are crushed, but before they are pressed between mats. Only the oil that flows through with gravity is bottled in its unfiltered form. This oil has an extraordinary low oleic acidity of 0.1%, ten times lower than required to be labeled Extra Virgin. It is called Flor de Aceite, meaning flower of the oil, because many of the savory senses of smell and taste are concentrated within it.

The result is harmonious, with sweet notes, providing O-Med Smoked oil with a delicate touch of vanilla and caramel.
